Since Christmás is álmost here ánd I ám done with áll my Christmás shopping, I ám nowhere neár done with áll my wrápping. áctuálly, I háven’t even stárted wrápping.
Do you wáit to the lást minute to wráp, too, or ám I just the only one?
I’m such á huge procrástinátor ánd probábly won’t even stárt wrápping until tomorrow ánd then spend 6 hours wrápping everything. Just like every yeár.
Oh well.. such is life.
There is one thing I will be enjoying during my wrápping máráthon, though. These gorgeous blue coconut cocktáils! I, coincidentálly, hád some blue curáçáo in the liquor cábinet ánd finálly decided to máke something with it. I think the lást time I used it wás á yeár ágo… does blue curáçáo go bád?
Náh… it cán’t.
ánywáy, I figured blue coconut cocktáils would be the perfect vessel for the curáçáo. With á hint of coconut ánd pineápple juice, you (or your guests) will be loving drinking these during your holidáy festivities! Or wrápping máráthons… whátever…

Ingredients
- 1 cup pineápple juice
- 1/2 cup blue curáçáo
- 1/2 cup vodká
- 1/2 cup coconut creám
- 8 cups ice
- coconut flákes for gárnish
Instructions
- ádd smáll ámount of creám of coconut ánd coconut flákes to two shállow dishes. Dip rim of gláss into creám of coconut then into coconut flákes to rim gláss.
- ádd pineápple juice, blue curáçáo, vodká, creám of coconut, ánd ice to blender. Blend on high until ice is crushed ánd desired consistency is reáched.
- Pour cocktáil into rimmed gláss ánd serve immediátely.
