June nineteenth is National Martini Day! My Bikini Martini is the ideal beverage to taste poolside. Vodka, coconut rum, lemonade, crisp pineapple juice, and a position of grenadine make a tropical sweet treat. Present or my style-on the stones!
I have made a couple of changes in accordance with the normal formula by including lemonade, and coconut rum. I cherish the citrus flavors, and the coconut truly functions admirably with the pineapple. Grenadine is a brilliant red organic product syrup, and as a result of the heavier sugar content it sinks and gives a two-tone shading to the beverage.

Ingredients
- 4 oz coconut rum
- 2 oz vodka
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- 2 oz lemonade
- 1 oz grenadine
- crushed ice
- Cherries and Pineapple, for garnish
Instructions
- In 12 oz glasses, add vodka, rum, pineapple juice, and lemonade. Gently stir to mix.
- Add crushed ice to each glass.
- Slowly pour into the drink, slowly, on the side. Allow drink to rest for a minute while the grenadine settles.
- Place cherry and pineapple on toothpicks, and serve.
