This herb turkey egg wrap is a delightful low carb breakfast. Making the wrap out of eggs and herbs and afterward loading up with turkey and cheddar. Just takes minutes and 0.8g net carbs!
I have an admission. I adore McDonald's morning meal nourishment… .particularly their morning meal wraps and wiener egg mcmuffins. And keeping in mind that I once in a while eat them, I'm humiliated to state that I truly adore them. They could nearly make me an ordinary breakfast eater. Since I'm having such a bustling summer I thought I better begin having breakfast (not McDonalds) and obviously keep it rather low carb or Paleo.
I made my Omelet in a Jar formula which was incredible and now I've concocted this herb turkey egg wrap that I adore. The pleasant thing about these egg wraps is that they are so natural to make and you could fill them with anything. I envision that with a couple of adjustments you could even make them sweet instead of exquisite. Well… wheels are turning on that thought… …

- 2 Tablespoons of shredded cheddar cheese (omit if strict Paleo)

- Spray with cooking spray and let heat up.
- Meanwhile beat your egg and herbs well.
- When pan is hot enough add your egg mixture and swirl to coat the whole surface.
- After a minute or so, swirl again so the liquid in the middle makes it's way to the edges.

- Then the bottom is cooked, transfer to a plate and add your toppings.
- Roll up your egg wrap and you are done!
